If the audio course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

For pre-orders placed before the course opens, your 14 days run from the day the course becomes available to you, not the day you paid.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at hello@practicemakesthemaster.com and we'll arrange it for you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the paid course recordings and the scheduled quest emails ends. The free introduction, podcast and articles remain available to everyone.
