Why Forgiveness Needs Practice, Not a Moment
We tend to treat forgiveness like a single decision — something you do once, in a moment of clarity, and then it's done. But real release rarely works that way. The resentments, the guilt, the things we've carried consciously and unconsciously, don't dissolve because we decided one afternoon that they should. They loosen their grip the same way every meaningful change does in this book: through small, deliberate, repeated action.
That's the whole premise of Practice Makes The Master — mastery isn't a moment, it's a habit. Forgiveness is no different.
The Practice
In this episode, I walk you through a forgiveness prayer — calling in Archangel Lavender and Archangel Muriel, the archangels invoked in this practice, asking for grace, and consciously releasing anything you've held onto, whether you did the holding on purpose or without even realising it. Anything carried at any level — consciously or unconsciously — gets named, and gets released.
The instruction is simple: do it for at least 21 days in a row. Not because 21 is a magic number, but because that's roughly how long it takes for a practice to stop being an effort and start being who you are. Show up daily, and you give the process room to actually work instead of asking one prayer to undo years of weight in a single sitting.
Why This Matters Beyond the Prayer
This is the same principle running through every quest in the book: small, deliberate actions, repeated, compound. You don't get to mastery — of your mindset, your business, your relationships, or your own peace — through one big moment of willpower. You get there the way a snowball builds down a hill: one small pass at a time, until the size and the momentum are undeniable.
Forgiveness works the same way. Every day you choose to release something rather than carry it is a small deposit. By day 21, you're not the same person who started.
Your Invitation
Give yourself these 21 days. Sit with the prayer. Say it daily, even on the days it feels like nothing is happening — especially on those days. Watch what shifts.
