Arn Terry
Arn Terry is the author of Practice Makes the Master and host of the Practice Makes the Master podcast, writing and teaching on self-awareness, discipline and daily deliberate practice.
In his own words
For years I carried a story I'd been handed about myself — told my name was unlucky, and I believed it. I lived it. Setbacks and mishaps seemed to follow me everywhere, until I understood that the same force creating that vortex of misfortune was me. If I could manifest struggle through unconscious belief, I could create mastery through the same force, aligned with intention.
That realisation became the Quest Framework — a system built on self-awareness, spiritual wisdom, and deliberate practice, drawing on the principles of quantum thinking and the law of attraction. I've spent years refining it through my own transformation and the work of guiding others toward the same shift: from being acted upon by life to becoming the conscious architect of it. This isn't motivation or tricks. It's a sacred science of becoming through practice.
Everything I make — the book, the podcast, the audio course — exists for one reason: reading about change isn't the same as living it. The framework only works when you practise it. My hope is that you stop waiting to become someone and start practising who you were always meant to be.
