Most people live unconsciously. They react instead of respond. They're driven by programs installed in childhood, beliefs absorbed from culture, fears inherited from ancestors. They think they're making choices, but they're running on autopilot.
Spiritual awakening is the process of waking up from this unconscious state. It's becoming the observer of your own mind rather than being controlled by it. It's recognizing that you are not your thoughts—you're the awareness that witnesses them.
The Law of Attraction only works when combined with self-awareness. You can visualize abundance all day, but if your unconscious mind is programmed for scarcity, you'll keep manifesting lack. You must become aware of the hidden programs before you can rewrite them.
Practice daily self-reflection. Journal your thoughts. Meditate to observe your mind. Notice your emotional reactions without judgment. Ask yourself: Why did I respond that way? What belief created that emotion? What pattern am I repeating?
Self-awareness is not self-criticism. It's self-understanding. It's approaching yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. When you truly know yourself, you can consciously choose who you want to become.
